Plettenberg Bay Easy cycling experience: Do this one in the ‘secret season’
Winter time days in Plettenberg bay is wonderful. Cool but not cold, mostly sunny and wind free.

In and around Plettenberg Bay are many spectacular mountain bike routes. If you love to ride your bike with your kids and family, this is the one for you. We can accommodate 8 people on this tour. We ride through the forest and stop to listen to the birds. Depending on the distance you want to do per day, we sleep in a lodge next to the forest from where we leave the next morning to ride to a game farm. Here we ride freely among different species of mammals and birds. The Knysna Lourie is one of the regulars. The kids can play or ride on their own in a safe environment in nature while you read your book. On day three we ride up a steep but short climb to a log cabin on a private farm. Peace and quiet at its best. If you have energy left you can hike on the 360ha property or swim in the pool. On the last day we cycle downhill back to Plettenberg bay.

As an extra option accommodation for before and after the tour can be booked at a special rate through us at a 4 star guesthouse.

The average distance per day is between 20 and 30km. If you want to do the same type of ride but want to do longer distances we can do that.
